What happens when you light a candle for the Child Jesus?

1) Your intentions will be taken to the grotto of Bethlehem, and in your name, we will kiss the silver star that marks the place where the Christ Child was born.

2) A beautiful candle made especially for this occasion will be presented and lit in the grotto on your behalf and for your intentions. 

3) Your name and your intentions are included in the Book of Supplications to Saint Anthony during the 7 days that your candle remains lit.

4) Also, during the 7 days in which your candle remains lit, your name and your intentions are included in the weekly Tuesday Mass that is celebrated for Saint Anthony’s Virtual Oratory.
